Terms and conditions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds since all items are custom made. We will, however, offer a replacement if the item was broken or damaged in shipping, however, the wait time may be longer depending on our workload. You will need to pay the shipping on the replacement. Items take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. If for some reason, we expect the process to take longer than normal, we will let you know as soon as possible. We want each and every customer to be satisfied.
